Important Notice
VeeJoy Outdoor operates exclusively as a B2B manufacturer and OEM/ODM supplier. We do NOT engage in retail business. Our services are designed for wholesale distributors, construction companies, and businesses requiring large-volume manufacturing of composite products.

Acceptance of Terms
By engaging in business discussions, requesting quotations, or entering into any commercial agreement with VeeJoy Outdoor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all B2B transactions, OEM/ODM services, and manufacturing agreements.

Order Requirements and Minimums
As a wholesale manufacturer, we maintain minimum order quantities (MOQs) for all products and services:
Standard Products
Minimum order quantities apply based on product type and specifications. Contact our sales team for specific MOQ requirements.
Custom OEM/ODM
Higher MOQs required for custom designs, tooling, and specialized manufacturing processes.

Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change based on raw material costs, order volume, and customization requirements.

Payment terms are typically 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with balance due before shipment.

Long-term partnership agreements may qualify for extended payment terms upon credit approval.

Quality Assurance and Warranties
We maintain strict quality control standards throughout our manufacturing process. All products undergo comprehensive testing and quality inspections before shipment. Our warranty terms vary by product type and application, typically ranging from 10 to 25 years for structural performance.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
For OEM/ODM projects, we respect and protect our clients' intellectual property rights. All custom designs, specifications, and business information shared during our collaboration will be treated as confidential.
We require mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for significant custom development projects to protect both parties' interests.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from our manufacturing facility in Wuhu, Anhui Province, China.

Delivery terms are negotiable (FOB, CIF, DDP) based on order volume and destination.

Standard production lead times range from 15-45 days depending on order complexity and volume.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products within the warranty period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the specific order in question.

Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from our business relationship shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first, followed by arbitration in Wuhu, Anhui Province if necessary.
